To terminate your account, you have two possible options.

The primary and recommended approach to delete your account is to do it directly from the Cariqa app. Tap on the Account icon > My Profile & Billing > and select Delete Account

At this point, follow the instructions provided on screen to confirm the account deletion:

If you encounter any difficulties accessing your account and cannot proceed with the in-app account deletion, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Despite which options you choose, be aware that account deletion is irreversible: ALL your data will be permanently erased once your account is deleted.
