To terminate your account, you have two possible options.
Option 1: Delete your account directly in the app
This is the recommended and fastest method.
Go to:
Profile → More → Delete Account
Option 2: Contact us
If you cannot access your account or are unable to delete it through the app, contact us at [email protected]. We will guide you through the process.
Important note
Deleting your account is permanent.
Once the account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
