Your monthly charging statement gives you a complete overview of your charging activity and all related invoices for a selected month. You can generate it directly from the Invoices section of the Cariqa app.
Please note:
Monthly statements become available a few hours after the 1st day of each month.
How do I generate a monthly statement?
Follow these steps to download your monthly statement:
Open the Invoices section in your Cariqa account.
Tap Get monthly statements at the top of the page.
Select the month you want to download.
Months with at least one charging session will be selectable.
Months without activity will appear greyed out.
Confirm your selection.
You can generate one month at a time.
The statement will be prepared and sent to your registered email address.
The email will include a secure download link to a ZIP file containing your monthly summary, a CSV file with all transactions and individual PDF invoices.
What’s included in the monthly statement ZIP file?
📄 A PDF summary of the month
💳 A CSV file listing all charging transactions
🧾 Individual PDF invoices for each charging session
Can I request a statement for any month?
Yes. You can request a statement for any month in which you had at least one charging session.
I didn’t receive the email — what should I do?
If you triggered a statement but haven’t received it:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure your email address in the app is correct
How long is the download link valid?
The download link is valid for 7 days. Please save the files before it expires.
Is the download secure?
Yes. Each ZIP file is delivered via a unique, time-limited link accessible only to you.
Important note
If you switch your account from personal to business, or from business to personal, your existing monthly summaries will not be visible under the new account type.
However, you can switch back temporarily to download them again.
