How invoicing works in Cariqa

Cariqa provides transparent and detailed invoices for every charging session. This article explains how invoicing works and what to expect.

1. Invoices are issued per charging session

Each charging session is invoiced individually, regardless of how the session was started.

This applies to:

  • Charging sessions started in the app

  • Charging sessions started using the ChargeCard (RFID)

Every session generates its own invoice, which includes all relevant details such as energy consumed, duration, and any applicable operator fees.

2. Monthly invoicing is not supported

At this time, Cariqa does not support consolidated monthly invoices.

Invoices are always issued per session, not as a single combined invoice for multiple sessions.

3. Monthly summaries for your overview

While invoices are created per session, you can generate a monthly charging summary for a complete overview of your activity.

Monthly summaries:

  • Provide a full overview of all charging sessions within a selected month

  • Include all related invoices and transaction details

  • Help simplify tracking, reporting, and accounting

You can generate a monthly summary directly in the app:

Profile β†’ Invoices β†’ Get monthly statements

Monthly statements become available a few hours after the 1st day of each month.

All invoices can be accessed and downloaded as PDFs directly in the app:
