Yes. Cariqa supports both personal and business accounts.
How do I switch to a business account?
If you already have a Cariqa account, you can switch to a business account directly:
Profile โ My profile & billing โ Account type โ Switch to business
When switching, youโll be asked to provide your company details, including:
Company name
Billing address
VAT ID
These details will automatically appear on your invoices and monthly statements.
How should business accounts be structured?
If your company has multiple drivers, please note:
Each driver must have their own Cariqa account.
The same company name and billing address can be entered in each account.
Invoices are issued per charging session, not as a single consolidated monthly invoice.
Monthly summaries for business accounts
While invoices are generated per session, you can download a monthly summary at the beginning of each new month for the previous month.
The monthly summary includes:
A full overview of charging sessions and transaction summary
Individual invoices
This helps simplify internal accounting and reporting.
