Overstay fees... those damned fees! We understand that they can be irritating, but think of it in a different way: imagine you cannot recharge your car because a charging bay is blocked by someone whose battery is full - some incentivisation to move fully charged vehicles is indeed necessary.

With Pay As You Go, when you select a charging point in the Cariqa app the cost of overstay / parking fees will be displayed upfront. This way, you can make an informed decision before starting your charging session.
