You can easily connect your EV by tapping the “Add car” button on the home screen and selecting your vehicle from the list.
If your car does not appear in the list, you can still use most of the app — but you need to connect your vehicle to unlock the battery monitoring feature.
If your EV is supported and you want to connect it, here are a few tips for a smooth setup:
Check your car brand’s app
Make sure you have installed your manufacturer’s app and that your vehicle is correctly linked to it.
Ensure your vehicle has network connectivity
Cars parked in underground or low-signal areas may not be able to send data, which can prevent the connection.
Check your battery level
Some manufacturers restrict data sharing when the battery is very low, often under 20 percent.
For the most reliable connection, we recommend linking your EV while sitting in the vehicle in an area with strong mobile coverage.
